Usage rules
Usage is based on confirmed booked service-hours.
What counts
- Confirmed customer bookings whose appointment start time falls inside the billing month.
- Fulfilled bookings that have already started.
- Bookings cancelled more than 15 minutes after start time.
- Service capacity used by assigned staff. A one-hour appointment with two staff members counts as two booked service-hours.
What does not count
- External calendar busy blocks.
- Pending-payment bookings.
- Pending-approval bookings.
- Bookings cancelled before start time.
- No-shows cancelled by the business within 15 minutes after start time.
