Terms for using BookIt.

These terms explain the basic rules for using BookIt to manage business appointments, payments, customers, personal Circles, personal events, and calendars.

Business responsibility

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their services, prices, availability, cancellation rules, customer communications, and any required licenses or permissions.

Personal event responsibility

Personal users are responsible for the Circle invitations and event messages they send, the people they invite, and the plans they coordinate through BookIt.

Bookings, events, and payments

BookIt helps businesses collect appointment requests and payment confirmations, and helps personal users coordinate opt-in or opt-out responses for group plans. The business remains responsible for delivering booked services and handling customer disputes.

Acceptable use

BookIt may not be used for fraudulent activity, abusive customer communications, spam, harassment, or services and events that violate applicable law.

Subscription changes

A user may cancel before the next renewal to stop future subscription charges. Current billing periods remain active through the end of the paid period. Personal Duo, Family, and Organization seats remain available only while the billing owner’s subscription stays active.
