Business responsibility

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their services, prices, availability, cancellation rules, customer communications, and any required licenses or permissions.

Bookings and payments

BookIt helps businesses collect appointment requests and payment confirmations. The business remains responsible for delivering the booked service and handling customer disputes.

Acceptable use

BookIt may not be used for fraudulent activity, abusive customer communications, spam, or services that violate applicable law.

Subscription changes

A business may cancel before the next renewal to stop future subscription charges. Current billing periods remain active through the end of the paid period.
