BookIt is designed to help businesses manage appointment data and help personal users coordinate plans without exposing private calendar details.
BookIt stores account details, business booking records, customer contact details, appointment notes, payment status, Circle membership, personal event responses, and calendar availability data needed to run scheduling workflows.
Information is used to create bookings, prevent double-booking, send confirmations, maintain customer records, process payments, find shared free time, send Circle event invitations, and help users manage their schedules.
Business customer records are shown to the business account that received the booking. Personal Circle members can see response status and busy/free availability, but BookIt does not show the private title, description, location, or attendees from a connected external calendar.
